Early Morning Update on Day 2

Good morning everyone I wanted to start this update by expressing how extraordinary this Kickstarter has so far been. The pledges have kept rolling in taking us over £52k which is an incredible amount. Once again Paul and I have been literally left speechless by your enthusiasm and support.
The graphic below shows where we are regarding stretch goals, I haven't included everything as the list quickly became pretty long. Let me apologise for using holding images and not having all the miniatures ready to show you. In our defence, we thought we would have had enough time to finish them off while live but yes, you caught us with our pants down, once again! Paul has promised to have the fourth Mamluk ready today and any others that have not been shown we will share as soon as we possibly can:
MAMLUKS
Speaking of Mamluks, I do have to reduce the images of the sculpts Paul shares with me to fit on to the Kickstarter graphics. Therefore, I believe the picture above doesn't do these beautiful sculpts justice. They are the perfect heavy bodyguard for any Muslim Commander worth one's salt.
SUPPORT FOR THE MILITARY ORDERS
We have been asked if we will be supporting the Military Orders with crossbowmen and/or sergeants during the campaign. Our plan is to make a selection of previous miniatures available in the pledge manager that work for these warriors, at Kickstarter prices.
We will also be including packs of appropriate knights which we believe fit with the new sculpts:
And if you are supporting the Kickstarter with the intention of using the figures with The Barons' War rules, a mob of pilgrims as your 10% green troops would be a perfect choice. Mixing them up with some of the Outlaw miniatures would make a great looking group of trouble makers.

I hope the above presents initial ideas to bolster the ranks of your Franks. Don't forget there are still further stretch goals to come and I believe we have Turcopoles in the pipeline which you should include if we are lucky enough to unlock them.

Well that all went a bit bonkers and we aren't even 24 hours into the campaign, which means everyone who has backed so far, and completes their pledge later, will receive the fab early backer miniature made available to us by Nigel.
This miniature will only be available for early backers up until 8 pm today GMT (13 May 2022). All you have to do is make a pledge before the deadline and complete it later in the pledge manager.
THE FORTIFIED HOSPITAL
We ended up with two pledge levels for a total number of 50 physical forts, all have gone, which is just incredible. If you missed out why not look into backing for a set of the STLs? We make sure every single file is test printed and optimised before being made available, and have been designed to print on a very small print bed.
STRETCH GOALS
So far we have powered our way through the stretch goals! Through your backing we have been able to add 14 more packs to the Outremer range. This really helps when we are starting this range from scratch!
Below shows what has been unlocked...
NB: Any stretch goal images you see in white are placeholders as the figures have not been finished yet, you have been too quick for us! As soon as Paul has them completed we will swap the actual figure images in and share them with you via an update.
I Want Both Terrain & Figures
The most common question we have received so far is "I want to back both Terrain & Figures but it will only allow me to back for one of the pledges."
If you have backed for the terrain and want to add figures increase your total pledge amount to cover the value for the packs you want. For example, to back for both The Fortified Hopital (physical) and The Antagonists choose the fort pledge level and add £70 to your pledge amount for a total of £270.
A couple of weeks after the Kickstarter finishes, our pledge manager will open. Inside there, you get to finalise your pedge which includes you choosing the figure packs you would like to spend any extra pledge money on. We also plan to add a selection of previous The Barons' War miniatures. These will fit the new setting, so please comment below if there is something in particular from the current range you want us to include e.g crossbowmen, archers, the rulebook etc.

Wow! Our first Kickstarter in Outremer, and I am currently sitting here once again stunned and overwhelmed by the communities response. Paul and I want to thank you for your support in getting us over the line in record time and for surging through stretch goals like it's nobody's business. I am speechless and still shocked as I struggled to keep up with the stretch goals as you unlocked them.
To summarise, as everything happened so quickly, this is where we stand:
We unlocked nine in three hours and currently we have a third pack of Military Order Knights next in line.
Time for bed as it is late here in the UK and we will resume in the morning.

Wow, wow, wow that didn't take long at all, less than 10 minutes. Thank you so much everyone it is a fabulous result indeed!
THE FORT
The qick start saw all 25 physical fort pledges going in under an hour. Having been asked through messenger and on Facebook if we would consider having more, we have decided to create a new pledge making another 25 available. However, to make it work, these new forts will have to be delivered four months later, with a deadline of May 2023. I will put a new pledge live shortly after this update has gone out.
STRETCH GOALS
So far we have unlocked seven stretch goals which equals six new packs of figures plus the Muslim Commander as a freebie in all pledges over £45. I have to tell you we have turned up 'super ready' this time as Mr Hicks has done us proud. This has the potential to be the biggest Kickstarter campaign, in relation to the number of miniatures, we have ever done.
For now though both Paul and I want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has so far pledged their support to this campaign we can't make it happen without you. Make sure you tell everyone you know too, as we really appreciate the support.
