Everything looks on track for the Outremer pledge manager to be open by Friday 24th of June 2022.
ADD-ONS FROM THE BARONS' WAR RANGE
While work continues setting everything up, we are proposing to add the following packs from the current The Barons' War range as add-ons:
We have chosen packs we think fit into the Outremer setting. If you believe we have missed something particularly vital that should be considered, please let us know.
If you want to view them before the pledge manager goes live, you can find them on the Footsore website.
DROPPED PLEDGES
When the campaign ended, Kickstarter spent a week collecting pledges. With this completed, we are waiting for the pledged funds to be transferred. This process usually takes between 7 - 10 days.
Kickstarter has had issues collecting from 21 backers, each of whom we have contacted individually to let them know. Once the pledge manager (BackerKit) opens, dropped backers can be addressed by completing their pledge there. If you have any questions regarding this please get in touch.

+15 Hours - What Happens Next?

Hello, everyone, we are almost 15 hours on from our Kickstarter finishing and I thought it would be helpful to send a quick update explaining what happens next. I know there is a lot here as I have tried to coveras many questions as I can, soplease read ifyou are a backer.
Kickstarter Collecting your Pledge Amounts
When the Barons' War 4: Outremer project ended yesterday Kickstarter started to collect your pledge amounts which they say can take up to two weeks. Please check to make sure that your pledge has been collected successfully, you will receive an email from Kickstarter informing you if not. After two weeks, Kickstarter transfer all pledge information over enabling us to open the pledge manager. Until this happens we have to sit patiently and wait.
The Pledge Manager
While Kickstarter does their thing, I am in the process of putting together the pledge manager with the aim of having everything ready as soon as possible - I think it will take about three weeks, I'm aiming for the 27th of June 2022 for it to be available. If you haven't participated in a Kickstarter before, the pledge manager, when it opens, is where you check and manage your pledge, choose any add-ons/packs and spend any extra pledge money. It is like a self-contained Outremer Kickstarter website for this campaign.
You will be given access via your Kickstarter email and be invited to confirm your pledge type.
In the pledge manager, you will be asked for any further information which we need, such as your postal address. You will also be able to add extra packs or add anything else that is available, paying for these separately if needed. There will be an opportunity to add figures to your terrain pledge, choose to add All the Outremer Figures in one go or add all the Stretch Goals if you are an 'Antagonist' backer.
Once you have made your decisions and finalised your pledge the cost of shipping will be calculated and added.
The pledge manager offers PayPal as a payment option, which Kickstarter doesn't.
Freebies
When it comes to the 'freebies' they will be added to your pledge in the pledge manager right at the end, once you have finalised your pledge and it has been locked in preparation of being shipped. We wait until you have finished with pledge manager to make sure we assign the correct freebies to the correct backers.
It is important to note The Monk (24-hour miniature), The Muslim Commander, The Military Order Knight Commander, The Turcopole Guide, The Mamluk Champion and the Holy Relic miniature pack will only be added to physical pledges for postage reasons. If you qualify for the 24-hour exclusive miniature you will be asked to pay for the postage costs if you do not have a physical pledge.
A digital PDF of the Outremer supplement book will be made available to all backers who complete their pledge once the book is completely finished.
What do I do when it is ready?
When the pledge manager is ready to go live I will prepare a "How to..?" guide which will be shared as an update explaining how everything works. I will also be on hand for anyone who needs my help. If you backed for "A Unique Sculpt by Paul Hicks", I will be contacting you separately via email after the pledge manager opens to discuss the process for having your miniature sculpted by Paul.
Footsore Miniatures & Games who will be manufacturing everything for us have already started to make production moulds. The Footsore guys want to be ready to start manufacturing in bulk as soon as you complete your pledges, so we can start shipping orders in a timely fashion which I think is great news indeed. Our printers will also start printing forts this month.

And breath...Thank you, everyone, for your support for Outremer. It has been more than we could have imagined, and I think it is correct to say we smashed it! This is our most successful Kickstarter to date, and we couldn't have done it without all of you.
Please make sure you continue to read and follow the update emails we will be sending out as we use them to keep the lines of communication open. Be assured that we are fully committed to delivering your pledges in the most timely fashion while keeping you fully updated.
We will explain what happens next in detail in the coming days. But for now, take a deep breath and bask in the glow that once again, you have made two old(ish) men very happy!

Well, it's more like 8 hours to go and with our campaign ending today at 8pm UK time, I thought an update explaining pledge levels and the 'freebies' would help to clarify what is what.
PLEDGE LEVELS
Choose your Packs & Pledge £1+
Backing at this level enables you to choose whatever packs you would like in the pledge manager for your pledge amount.
You can also add any of the unlocked stretch goals to your pledge.
The Antagonists £70+
The Antagonists pledge is for the initial 10 packs which will be automatically added to your account, plus you will be able to add extras in the pledge manager.
All the Outremer Figures £240+
All the Outremer Figures pledge is for one of all the figures in the Kickstarter which will be automatically added to your account, you will be able to add extras in the pledge manager.
Alternatively you can back for just the Franks or just the Muslim Warriors.
A Unique Sculpt by Paul Hicks £475+
For those who have backed at this pledge level, when the Kickstarter ends, I will be in touch to discuss the miniature you would like Paul to create for you. You will receive the initial 10 packs (The Antagonist Pledge) plus you will be able to add extras in the pledge manager.
TERRAIN PLEDGES
If you are backing for terrain, please back at the terrain pledge level. You can add additional individual figure packs in the pledge manager. There will also be separate add-ons available for The Antagonists and All the Outremer Figures.
Digital Terrain Files (STLs) £40+
The Digital Terrain Files pledge is for all the STL files of the Fortified Hospital created for this campaign. Be advised as soon as you order a physical product you will have to consider postage. The Digital Files will be available as an add-on in the pledge manager.
The Fortified Hospital PhysicalTerrain £200+
You will be able to add figures to the Fortified Hospital pledge in the pledge manager. You will also receive the STL files.
If there are any physical forts left when the campaign ends today, we will include them on a first-come, first-served basis in the pledge manager.
FREEBIES*
The following is a list of all the freebies we have included during the campaign and how you qualify.
Every backer who completes their pledge will receive a PDF copy of the Outremer supplement book.
Backers numbered up to and including #643, who complete their pledge, will receive the exclusive 24-hour miniature, which will not be released.
Backers who pledge £45 or more will receive the Muslim Commander on foot miniature.
Backers who pledge £45 or more will receive a printed copy of the Outremer supplement book.
Backers who pledge £45 or more will receive The Turcople Guide & The Mamluk Champion.
Backers who pledge £80 or more will receive The Military Order Knight Commander on foot miniature.
Backers who pledge £240 or more will receive the The Holy Relic miniature pack.
We will be extending the Retinue Lists to include more named characters and adding Siege Rules as unplanned extras to the Outremer book.
None of the freebies will be paid add-ons in the pledge manager, you will not be able to purchase them there.
*All freebies will be added to your pledge in the pledge manager once it has been locked and you have finalised your pledges. We will wait until the pledge manager is completed to make sure everyone who qualifies receives the correct freebies and no one misses out! THE PLEDGE MANAGER
What is the Pledge Manager? If this is your first Hobday & Hicks Kickstarter, when the campaign ends and Kickstarter have done their bit collecting your pledge amounts, the pledge manager is a place we go to manage the pledge you made, choose add-ons and arrange postage. I will be on hand for the entire time until you receive your pledge. I will be sending out a full update about how the pledge manager works in due course.
