Pledges including Physical Fortified Hospitals - where's my fort?

Today, Footsore Miniatures & Games have been fielding a lot of questions regarding the delivery of physical forts. The short answers to the two main questions being asked are:
1. Forts are being sent separately as outlined in the 2nd July 2022update.
2. Wave 2 and 3 pledges will be sent May 2023 and September 2023 respectively as noted in the Kickstarter.
If you are expecting a physical fort as part of your pledge, please take a moment to refresh how these pledges have been structured by reading the following.
Fortified Hospital (physical terrain) first wave pledge of 25 by Jan 2023
If you have backed for a physical Fortified Hospital, it will be sent in its own separate package to protect it from being transported with a heavy selection of metal, and because it is big! If you back for both figures and fort, in most cases, the postage will reflect this. However, we are NOT charging you the total amount for postage twice. We have decided to share some of the cost of sending two parcels with you.
Fortified Hospital (physical terrain) second wave pledge of 25 by May 2023
If you backed for a physical Fortified Hospital added as a second wave pledge level during the Kickstarter, everything above applies except your fort will be sent out by the end of May 2023. Everything else you choose will be sent to you in a separate package simultaneously as the other pledges by the end of January 2023. It is just the fort that will arrive later.
Fortified Hospital (physical terrain) third wave pledge of 25 & Add-ons by September 2023
If you backed for a physical Fortified Hospital added as a third wave during the Kickstarter or as an add-on in the pledge manager, everything above applies except your fort will be sent out by the end of September 2023. Everything else you choose will be sent to you in a separate package simultaneously as the other pledges by the end of January 2023. It is just the fort that will arrive later.
All first wave forts have been sent via courier, you will have been notified that a parcel is on its way.

BW4 Outremer end of January Shipping Update and EU Pledges

We have reached the last day of January 2023, and I am pleased to say that at the end of today, Footsore Miniatures & Games have despatched all Outremer pledges except those being sent to backers in the EU.
The final US pledges leaving late last week
Against this backdrop of positivity, it does upset me to say that we have not been able to send the European pledges as planned. This situation is due to the Royal Mail system being hacked earlier this month, preventing us (and anyone else who uses them in the UK) from shipping into Europe over the last few weeks.
Both Paul and I are genuinely sorry for the delay. It isn't what we wanted to happen, as we planned for all pledges to have left by the end of January 2023. The good news is we have been informed that Royal Mail has a new process which looks to be working. Even though all the EU pledges are ready to go, we want to wait until the end of this week (the 3rd of February) to make sure everything is operating correctly again before we put your pledges into their system.

I am more than happy to answer any questions regarding the EU pledge situation directly, either in the comments or by direct message. As soon as we have any further news that EU pledges are leaving, which should be in the next few days, I will update everyone.
What do I do if I have an issue?
If, for any reason, when your pledge arrives there is an issue, I encourage you to contact Footsore Miniatures & Games, who carried out the mammoth task of fulfilling this project. They are the best people to help you. Contact them via email at [email protected]. Please share as much detail as possible, who you are, your FSKS order number if you have it and how they can help you will be helpful information for them.

Pledge Fulfilment Update for BW4

Hello! Already 25 days into January 2023 and we have a positive update for you regarding pledge fulfilment. As of today, all pledges except those from backers in the UK have been picked and packed with Footsore Miniatures & Games; starting to send out to the far flung places first.

This week the remaining UK pledges are being picked and packed with Footsore Miniatures & Games reliably informing us that this will be completed by the end of this week, which means all pledges will be ready to go on time.
As your pledge is dispatched, you will receive an email notification.
If you receive your pledge and there is an issue, don't hesitate to contact Footsore's customer support using their email [email protected]. They will help you out as quickly as they can. Be aware some pledges are so big they have been sent in more than one package. If you believe you are missing a chunk of your pledge check your box to see if it says 1/2 or 2/2 (one of two or two of two) etc. as you may still be waiting for another box to arrive.

One issue I MUST raise is Royal Mail's problems with shipping parcels outside the UK. They have let us know that things are starting to happen at their end, so we are keeping an eye on developments as our delivery company. If there is any impact because of this, we will update you as soon as possible.

Glitch in the Matrix regrading the Fulfilment Email

After being contacted by several backers and investigating on my part, it is safe to say the initial email you should have received from the fulfilment system wasn't mailed out. The sending should have been an automatic process, and for some reason, 'the computer said no' and didn't cooperate.
To hopefully alleviate any concerns, everything else is as it should be. I have taken the time to check that every completed pledge is in the fulfilment queue. I am also pleased to say that Footsore Miniatures & Games have started processing pledges. You will receive an email when your pledge has been despatched.
